About
Max Roth is Swiss and studied film and photography as an autodidact while doing projects with photographers and filmmakers over many years. He was assistant for photo and video works at the ETH Zurich.
He was born in the same year when Stanley Kubrick released „2001 Space Odyssey“. His grandfather was a landscape painter, his great-grandfather stereo-photographer. Max finds his masters in the landscape painters of Flemish, Romantic and Renaissance painting.
